1. Agreement
By using the BBiz services operated by BBIZ AI PTE. LTD. (Singapore), you agree to these terms. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
2. Services
We provide subscription access to two products: GoalKeeper (multi-platform ops watcher) and BBizStudio (content workflow studio, which includes the Shopping Guide onsite conversion widget). Pricing and included features are described on /pricing.
3. Cancellation
One click, from your dashboard, anytime. No 30-day lock-in, no cancellation forms, no friction. If you cancel mid-period, you keep access until the paid period ends.
4. Fees & implementation
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Monthly plans include a one-time implementation (setup) fee charged on the first invoice; the setup fee is waived on annual plans. We do not offer a free trial. Payment is completed via a secure payment link our team sends after you submit a subscription request — no card details are entered on this site. 5. Service-level commitment
We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Brand Profile delivery SLA is 24 hours from submission (often delivered within 1 hour). Daily GoalKeeper briefs are delivered by 8 AM SGT, 7 days a week.
6. Data ownership
You own your data. We process it only to deliver the services you subscribe to. See Privacy Policy for details.
7. Liability
Total liability under these terms is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. The detailed cap and exclusions are governed by the formal BBizClaw SaaS Agreement signed at upgrade.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in English.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email and an in-app banner. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
