1. Who we are
BBIZ AI PTE. LTD.(“BBiz”, “we”, “us”) is a private company incorporated in Singapore. We operate the BBiz e-commerce ops platform — GoalKeeper, BBizStudio and Shopping Guide.
2. What we collect
- ›Contact details you give us — email, WhatsApp, company name — when you sign up for Free Tier or book a demo.
- ›Storefront data we read from your store URL (publicly available pages) to generate your Brand Profile.
- ›Platform OAuth data you explicitly grant — Shopee / Lazada / Shopify / Meta Ads / TikTok Shop sales, stock, ad spend. We never read what we don't need.
- ›Usage telemetry — basic analytics (page views, CTA clicks) via GA4 / Mixpanel, scoped to product improvement.
3. What we don't collect
- ›Customer-of-customer personal data (your shoppers' details). We operate on aggregate sales metrics only.
- ›Payment-card details — Stripe handles payments and we never see card numbers.
- ›Marketing-list scraping from competitors or third parties.
4. How we use it
We use your data only to: (a) deliver the service you signed up for, (b) generate Brand Profiles and daily briefs, (c) communicate with you about your account, and (d) improve the product in aggregate.
5. Sharing
We don't sell your data. We share with sub-processors only as necessary: Vercel (hosting), our LLM providers (under zero-data-retention terms when available), and Resend (email). A full sub-processor list will appear here before production cutover.
6. Storage & deletion
Data is hosted in Singapore (Vercel sin1). You can request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing privacy@bbiz.ai — we comply within 30 days.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data. We honor PDPA (Singapore + Malaysia) and GDPR-equivalent rights for all customers regardless of location.
