We sat with a Malaysian sports brand on a Sunday and realized: nobody was reading the Monday report fast enough to save Tuesday's ad spend. That weekend, the first GoalKeeper brief was written by hand.

GoalKeeper (the watcher), BBizStudio (the maker), Shopping Guide (the converter). The product became a team — not three tools.

Shopping Guide ships live in production
11.4 KB drop-in widget. Phase 0 rule-based. 555 visits → 46 ATC. ATC moved from an 8.28% baseline toward 11%+. The proof we needed.
